Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ReplyCompass VideoChat, Dating, and Technical. By using a ReplyCompass product, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms.

Purpose of the service

ReplyCompass is a communication-assistance platform. It creates draft suggestions based on context and user-selected guidance. Suggestions are not automatically sent by ReplyCompass and must be reviewed by the user.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the information they provide, the decisions they make, and any message they choose to use. Users must verify accuracy, appropriateness, permissions, and compliance before acting on a suggestion.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReplyCompass to deceive, harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, violate privacy, distribute unlawful content, compromise security, or facilitate illegal activity. Dating features are intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect authentication credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the products evolve. We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every suggestion will be correct or appropriate for every situation.

Intellectual property

ReplyCompass software, branding, design, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they supply and must have the right to use it.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ReplyCompass is provided without guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Users remain responsible for professional, personal, and technical decisions made using the service.
